The ZP Suite is developed by POZTEK SA, in Yverdon-les-Bains. We design POS software for establishments that cannot afford a breakdown in the middle of service.
Why the ZP Suite exists
A POS system should not lock you in: not into a terminal, not into a contract, not into a call centre.
Many POS systems work as a closed loop. The payment terminal is imposed, connections are limited to approved partners, and every change has to be negotiated. The establishment does not buy a tool: it enters an ecosystem it no longer controls.
The ZP Suite starts from the opposite principle. It drives the terminals and cash recyclers that Swiss establishments already use: Worldline, Nexi, Paytec, Wallee / PostFinance, Cima, Cashmatic. It connects to your Shopify store. You choose your hardware, the POS system adapts.
It is designed for services that leave no room for error: the lunchtime rush, Friday night, the festival where the network is overloaded. That is why every till takes payment locally, without depending on the internet.
The V3 builds on this same field experience: new engine, new interface, and the same business logic teams already know.
We do not sell the ZP Suite remotely. An authorised reseller in your region installs it, trains your team and remains your point of contact. POZTEK supports them as second-line support, with direct access to the developers.
