With ZP mobileOrder, the server takes the order where the customer is: in the dining room, on the terrace, or in the queue at an event. On a smartphone or an Android tablet, they see the ZP POS catalogue, with the same products, the same options and the same prices.
Sent to the kitchen, then paid
As soon as it is confirmed, the order goes to the kitchen and the bar, on the ZP kDisplay screens, and is added to the table on the till. The server no longer needs to go back and forth between the floor and the counter. When the customer wants to pay, they can take payment directly from the mobile.
Synchronised with the whole suite
A menu change made on ZP POS shows up on the handsets. Sales taken in the dining room join those from the till: a single journal, VAT included.
