Frequently asked questions

Does the till handle items with variants?

Yes. Each combination of size and colour has its own barcode and its own stock, and the till sells the right one.

Can we sell by weight?

Yes. ZP POS reads the weight from a scale connected to the till and recognises weight/price labels. Your reseller will tell you which models are compatible.

Can we take over our catalogue?

Yes. Items import and export as an Excel file, and your reseller supports you during setup.

Does the ZP Suite work with Shopify?

Yes. The catalogue, prices and stock are synchronised with your Shopify store.
