LaKaisse is the simple till, on a lifetime licence, for small shops and restaurants. ZP Suite is the complete ecosystem for high-volume, multi-till establishments, or those with kitchens, kiosks and events. Same publisher, two different needs. Discover LaKaisse

Does the ZP Suite suit a shop?

Yes. Barcodes, variants, scales, labels, returns and stock on a handheld terminal: ZP POS is also a retail till.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. Payments are taken locally at each till. Only the cloud features, such as remote management and online reports, need a connection. Synchronisation resumes on its own once the network is back.

I use the current ZP POS, how do I move to the V3?

Your current installation keeps working. When you migrate, your reseller takes over your products, your customers and your history, then installs the V3 with you. Join the waiting list to be informed as a priority.

Is it compliant with VAT and Swiss law?

Yes. ZP POS handles Swiss VAT rates, keeps a tamper-proof sales journal and produces clean exports for your accountant. With the V3, each receipt is also cryptographically chained to the previous one.

Who installs it and who fixes issues?

An authorised reseller in your region. They install the hardware, configure the till, train your team and remain your point of contact for support. POZTEK, the publisher, supports them as second-line support.
