With Wallee and PostFinance, the payment terminal is controlled from the till. As soon as a sale is confirmed on ZP POS, the amount is sent automatically for payment: nobody retypes it on the terminal. Staff stay on the sales screen, the amount asked of the customer is always correct, and no manual entry slows down checkout or risks a typing mistake.
Modules involved
ZP POS controls the terminal at fixed tills, and ZP selfCheckout does the same on self-service kiosks: customers who check themselves out benefit from the same amount sent automatically, without staff having to step in. The process stays the same at every point of sale.
