  • Duration pricing

    By the hour, day, week or month, with seasons and packages. The best-value rate is picked automatically.

  • Protection and excess

    Each protection level lowers the excess and the deposit. The customer chooses, the contract follows.

  • Deposit on the card

    The amount is held on the card at pickup. On return, only the actual amount is charged.

  • Printed contract

    Your terms and conditions, condition at pickup, signatures and a barcode for the return.

  • Labelled items

    One barcode label per item. A scan finds the contract, even without the paper copy.

  • Swaps and partial returns

    A broken bike gets replaced, a child brings their skis back early: the contract stays open.

Scanning a single item brings up the whole contract. Each returned piece is ticked off as it is scanned, and anything still out stays visible before checkout.

The chosen protection sets the excess and the deposit.

Each category has its own protection levels. The customer sees right away what they risk and what will be held on their card, and damage on return never exceeds the excess of the chosen level.

ZP prices the rental on the actual duration, adds the kilometres beyond those included and any missing fuel, then charges the exact amount against the deposit. The rest is released.

  • Late return grace periodAn hour late can stay free: you set the grace period per category.

Frequently asked questions

What can I rent out with ZP Location?

Any item that goes out and comes back: cars and vans, skis and snowboards, bikes, tools, event equipment. Each category has its own rate table, protection levels, options and counting rules.

How does the deposit work?

The amount is held on the customer's card by the payment terminal at pickup. On return, the register charges the actual rental amount and releases the rest. A cash deposit is also possible.

Can a family rent on a single contract?

Yes. Each member has their own profile, with measurements kept from one season to the next, and their own package. Everything goes on one contract, with one deposit and one payment.

Are binding settings kept on record?

Yes. For each pair of skis, the technician enters the front and rear values. They are printed on the contract and kept with the date and the technician's name.

Can items be returned at another register?

Yes. The contract belongs to the shop: picked up at one register, it can be returned and checked out at any other register in the same shop.
