Throughput above all.

At peak times, every minute counts. Kiosks take the orders, the kitchen sees everything in real time and the customer knows when to come and collect.

What gets in the way, and how the ZP Suite answers it.

  • The queue puts customers off

ZP selfCheckout kiosks take the order and the payment. The counter stays free for those who prefer to order in person.

  • The kitchen cannot keep up

ZP kDisplay shows orders as they come in, with their waiting time. The oldest ones are never forgotten.

  • The customer does not know when it is ready

The kitchen marks the order ready with a tap. With kCallScreen, the customer's number is shown to call them.

  • The menu changes often

Kiosks use the ZP POS catalogue: a change made at the till shows up on the kiosks.

The typical setup

A ZP POS till at the counter for customers who order in person. One or more ZP selfCheckout kiosks, with card payment, gift vouchers and loyalty discounts. A kCallScreen display to call order numbers. In the kitchen, a ZP kDisplay screen per preparation station. Everything shares the same catalogue, set up once. Your reseller helps you choose kiosk placement and the number of screens.

Compatible payments and hardware

Worldline, Nexi, Paytec, Wallee / PostFinance, Cima, Cashmatic, Shopify

The modules in this setup

  • The Windows touchscreen till at the heart of the suite, from shop to restaurant.

  • The customer orders and pays on their own. The queue moves.

  • The kitchen display that replaces paper tickets.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers pay by card at the kiosk?

Yes. Card payment is taken directly at the kiosk, with compatible terminals: Worldline, Nexi, Paytec and Wallee / PostFinance.

Does the menu need to be entered twice, at the till and on the kiosks?

No. Kiosks use the ZP POS catalogue: a change made at the till carries over to the kiosks.

Do we need the internet to take payment?

No. Each till takes payment locally. Only the cloud features, such as remote management and online reports, need a connection.
