This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected through the forms

When you request a demo, join the V3 waiting list or apply as a reseller, we receive the information you enter: name, establishment or company, town or region, industry, email, phone and message.

This information is sent to us by email and is used only to reply to you, to present the ZP Suite to you and, if you ask, to put you in touch with an authorised reseller in your region. It is not stored in a database on the website, nor sold, nor used for advertising.

We keep it for as long as the business relationship continues, then for a maximum of two years after the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention period applies.

Protection against bots

The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). This service analyses technical signals from your browser and your IP address to distinguish a human from a bot. It does not set an advertising cookie and is not used to track you from one site to another.

Visit statistics

We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics. This tool sets no cookie and does not identify you: it counts page views on an aggregated basis.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. That is why it does not display a cookie banner.

Hosting and email delivery

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which records technical logs (including IP address) to ensure the security and proper operation of the service. Emails from the forms are sent through Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland.

Transfers to the United States (Vercel, Cloudflare) rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to info@poztek.ch. You may also contact the FDPIC.
