Stock is managed where it lives
ZP Stock is the ZP Suite's stock management companion. It runs on an Android terminal: a rugged model with a built-in barcode scanner, or simply a phone that reads codes with its camera. The work is done in the storeroom or on the shelf, not behind the till.
Deliveries, dispatches, stocktakes
When a delivery arrives, it is logged on the spot, item by item. Outgoing goods are recorded the moment they leave. For a stocktake, counting is done on the shelf or in the storeroom, terminal in hand.
Labels, prepared as you go
During deliveries and shelf visits, ZP Stock prepares the list of labels to print. Printing is then done from the till.
Synchronised with the till
Data flows both ways: the terminal receives products from ZP POS and sends back stock movements. No one re-enters a delivery or a stocktake.
