What ZP Abonnements does
Time-based access
Unlimited entries for a month, a quarter or a year.
Punch cards
10, 20 or 50 visits, deducted automatically each time.
Product plans
A monthly fee that covers a set quantity of selected products.
Members' club
A membership fee that unlocks reduced prices in the shop.
Scan to check
Card, barcode or badge: the register shows at once whether the customer can enter.
Recurring invoicing
One invoice per payer and per period, tracked until it is paid.
One scan tells you whether the customer can come in.
The register lists each subscription, its end date and the remaining entries. If entry is refused, it says why: an expired subscription, a used-up punch card or the daily limit reached.
Recorded in one moveWhen only one subscription can be used, the visit is recorded as soon as the card is scanned. The queue keeps moving.
Lent cards spottedWith a one-entry-a-day limit, a second visit is refused, and the cashier knows why.
Attendance measuredVisits by day and by hour, active subscriptions, renewals due next month so you can follow up in time.

Record pool entry
One family, one payment, one card each.
The cashier adds one subscription per family member and picks its holder. Everything is paid on a single receipt, and everyone leaves with their own card.
Named or transferableAn annual pass carries its holder's name and cannot be lent. A punch card can stay anonymous to keep things quick.
One card in the pocketThe same card, with a barcode or as an RFID and NFC badge, carries the customer's subscriptions and prepaid balance.
Pass printed on the spotWith no card at hand, a barcode receipt serves as the pass.

Plans are configured, not coded.
Duration, price, rights, named or transferable: each plan is set up in the back office. Caps can be combined to frame usage, such as eight entries a month, one a day or fifty a year, and periods start from the purchase date.

Paid upfront or invoiced every month, plan by plan.
A renewing subscription carries on until the customer cancels. ZP issues the invoice for each period and tracks its payment.
One invoice per familyAll the subscriptions of the same payer are grouped on a single QR-bill.
Automatic suspensionAn invoice still unpaid after the grace period suspends access. Payment restores it immediately.
Goodwill on recordExtending after an injury or a closure for works, giving a subscription as a gift: every action stays in the history.
