With Nexi, the payment terminal is controlled from the till. As soon as a sale is confirmed on ZP POS, the amount is sent automatically for payment: nobody retypes it on the terminal, and the amount asked of the customer is always correct.
Payment, refund, cancellation, tip
Everything is handled from the sales screen. Staff start the payment, add a tip, cancel a transaction or process a refund without leaving the till. The Nexi terminal follows whatever the till asks of it, which avoids switching between two screens and the typing errors that come with it.
Modules involved and installation
ZP POS controls the Nexi terminal at fixed tills, and ZP selfCheckout does the same on self-service kiosks: customers who check themselves out benefit from the same amount sent automatically. Installation and setup are handled by an authorised reseller, who connects the terminal to the till and checks its compatibility with your setup. No specific model is required: your reseller checks the compatibility of your Nexi terminal.
